Pleural Mesothelioma (Evidence Based Management-4)
Systemic Therapy: Chemotherapy and, in some cases, targeted therapy or immunotherapy may be recommended for patients with advanced or unresectable pleural mesothelioma. Evidence-based chemotherapy regimens may include combinations of pemetrexed and platinum-based drugs, such as cisplatin or carboplatin.
