Pleural Mesothelioma (Evidence based management – 3)
Surgical Intervention: Surgery may be considered for certain patients with early-stage pleural mesothelioma who are candidates for curative-intent treatment. Surgical options may include extra pleural pneumonectomy (EPP), pleurectomy/decortication (P/D), or cytoreductive surgery with intrapleural chemotherapy.
