Mycophenolate and Rifampin
In a single heart-lung transplant patient, after correction for dose, a 67% decrease in MPA exposure (AUC0-12h) has been observed with concomitant administration of mycophenolate mofetil and rifampin. Therefore, mycophenolate is not recommended to be given with rifampin concomitantly unless the benefit outweighs the risk.
