Clinical Features
Symptoms: Pallor, weakness, dyspnea, tachycardia, fatigue, abdominal pain
Jaundice (scleral icterus i.e. yellowness of eyes)
Dark color of urine and faeces
Splenomegaly (recent appearance or sudden increase in pre-existing splenomegaly)
Hepatomegaly
Signs: Anemia, jaundice
