Sign and Symptoms

Pain on the lateral aspect of elbow at common extensor origin at lateral epicondyle of Humerus.

Pain on resisted wrist extension ( Cozen test ).

Pain while gripping or holding an object.

Pain can radiate down to the wrist.

Pain on forearm rotation for eg. turning a door knob etc.

Pain gets worsen overtime and repetitive extension and rotation movements aggravates pain.

Decreased ROM and patient gradually develops weakness in wrist.
