Guidelines for Management
• Mild Elevations: For mild (Grade 1 or 2) elevations in liver enzymes, close monitoring and continued treatment may be sufficient.
• Moderate to Severe Elevations: For more severe elevations (Grade 3 or 4), treatment interruption and dose reduction are recommended until liver enzymes return to acceptable levels.
In cases of severe hepatotoxicity,
permanent
discontinuation of Ceritinib may be necessary.
