Mechanism
• Direct Hepatotoxicity: Ceritinib may cause direct liver cell damage, leading to elevated liver enzymes and bilirubin levels. The exact mechanism is not entirely understood but is thought to involve direct hepatocyte injury or immune-mediated mechanisms
