Ceritinib (Indications)
Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC):
Ceritinib is approved for the treatment of patients with ALK-positive metastatic NSCLC. It is particularly used in patients who have developed resistance to or cannot tolerate crizotinib, another ALK inhibitor.
