Recommended Dose and Schedule
• The recommended dose of Ramucirumab either as a single agent or in combination with weekly paclitaxel is 8 mg/kg every 2 weeks administered as an intravenous infusion over 60 minutes. Continue Ramucirumab until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. • When given in combination, administer Ramucirumab prior to administration of paclitaxel.
