Of the 391 patients randomized in SOLO-1, 386 were retrospectively or prospectively tested with a Myriad BRACAnalysis test and 383 patients were confirmed to have deleterious or suspected deleterious gBRCAm status; 253 were randomized to the Olaparib arm and 130 to the placebo arm. Two out of 391 patients randomized in SOLO-1 were confirmed to have sBRCAm based on an investigational Foundation Medicine tissue test.
