In a fertility study, female rats received oral Olaparib at doses of 0.05, 0.5, and 15 mg/kg/day for at least 14 days before m*ting through the first week of pregnancy.
There were no adverse effects on m*ting and fertility rates at doses up to 15 mg/kg/day,
