Avoid concomitant use of strong CYP3A inducers such as phenytoin, rifampicin, carbamazepine, and St. John’s Wort or moderate CYP3A4 inducers such as bosentan, efavirenz, etravirine, modafinil, and nafcillin. If a moderate CYP3A inducer cannot be avoided, there is a potential for decreased efficacy of Olaparib.
