Coadministration of repeat doses of omeprazole (PPI) with a single dose of Sotorasib decreased sotorasib Cmax by 65% and AUC by 57% under fed conditions, and decreased sotorasib Cmax by 57% and
AUC by 42% under fasted conditions. Coadministration of a single dose of famotidine (H2 receptor antagonist)
given 10 hours prior to and 2 hours after a single dose of Sotorasib under fed conditions decreased sotorasib Cmax by 35% and AUC by 38%.
