Lifileucel (Approval and Indications)
- The FDA granted accelerated approval to lifileucel for adult patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma.
- Eligible patients must have been previously treated with a PD-1 blocking antibody. If they are BRAF V600 positive, they should have received a BRAF inhibitor (with or without a MEK inhibitor) as well.
- Lifileucel is a tumor-derived autologous T cell immunotherapy.
