  • Methotrexate (intrathecal)

Acute Myeloid Leukemia

  • Daunorubicin (I.V.)
  • Cytarabin (I.V.)
  • Etoposide (I.V.) or (oral)
  • Thioguanine (oral)

Phase: Consolidation

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

  • Daunorubicin (I.V.)
  • Cytarabin (I.V.)
  • Etoposide (I.V.)
  • Methotrexate (I.V.)

Acute Myeloid Leukemia

  • Cytarabin (I.V.)
  • Amsacrine (I.V.)
  • Mitozantrone (I.V.)

Phase: Maintenance

  • Mercaptopurine (oral)
  • Methotrexate (oral)

Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Not recommended)
