Clinical Manifestations
1. Cardiovascular
- Fast and feeble pulse
- Feeble heart sounds
- Systolic BP <90 mmHg or a drop of >50 mmHg from the baseline in hypertensive patients and mean arterial pressure (MAP <60 mmHg)
2. Respiratory
- Tachypnea
- Cyanosis
- Cheyne-stokes breathing
3. CNS
- Listlessness, restlessness
- Stupor and coma
- Confusion, disorientation
4. Renal
- Oliguria (urine output <20 ml/hr)
5. Skin
- Cold, pale extremities
- Perspiration
