Calf muscle is a group of muscles present at the back of leg it is made up of 3 major muscles viz. Gastrocnemius, Soleus, Plantaris together forming the ACHILLES TENDON. In this Article we will discuss different exercises used to strengthen your calf muscles. Following are the exercises :
