Origin and Termination
Originates from the brachial artery and terminates in the superficial palmar arch.
Branches
Anterior ulnar recurrent artery
Posterior ulnar recurrent artery
Common interrosseus artery
Palmer carpal branch of ulanar artery
Dorsal carpal branch of ulanar artery
Deep palmar branch of ulanar artery
Superficial palmar arch
Significance
Clinically it is palpable on the anterior and medial aspect of tje wrist. Allen test is a medical sign used to examine the arterial blood flow to hands.
