One reply on “Causes of night sweats”
I used to get these quite regularly the past two years, then I had a few months over summer without too many incidents until recently. Absolutely horrible to wake up drenched in sweat. It’s winter now but the other day I woke up at 3am, soaking, having to peel my pyjamas off and get changed and it was freezing. Very unpleasant. Not sure what causes mine, but no doctor has ever cared when I’ve mentioned it which is frustrating.
Glad to see this post raising awareness of the types of things to consider in terms of causes.
