Hip Rotation Exercises for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome

In this article we will discuss about Hip or Pelvic Rotation Exercises for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. So let’s get started.


1. Patient position Prone lying knee flexed 90° now slowly perform internal and external rotation movement.
2. Patient postion sidelying toe pointing downwards perform abduction of hip with external rotation and return back with internal rotation movement.
3. Perform gentle knee to chest stretch.
