Sindeng-Larsen-Johansson Syndrome is a juvenile osteochondrosis that disturbs the patellar tendon attachment at the inferior pole of patella. It is an overuse injury defined as the inflammation of the bone at the bottom of the patella where the patellar tendon from tibia attaches. Repetitive Stress on this tendon at this point results in this Syndrome.
