Bismuth Subsalicylate like
Pepto-Bismol
Protectants like
Sucralfate
Antacids like
Aluminum and Magnesium Hydroxide
Antibiotics like tetracycline etc for H.pylori infection
Triple Therapy
Doctor prescribes medications for 7 to 14 days and it includes
(1) an antibiotic clarithromycin
(2) an antibiotic metronidazole or amoxicillin
(3) a PPI
Quadruple Therapy
(1) an antibiotic tetracycline and metronidazole
(2) a PPI
(3) Bismuth Subsalicylate
Prevention
Avoid Smoking and Alcoholism
Reduction in use of NSAIDS
Maintain a healthy lifestyle
Avoid eating excessive spicy foods

Is it possible!!!! Peptic ulcer is convert into peptic cancer😕
Ulceration end result leads to perforation which is a very serious Complication or it can lead to severe internal bleeding or gastric outlet obstruction.
