Thank you so much for this post. I get that quite often. Migraine is so ridiculous as there is not treatment for this.
Welcome 😊. Migraine is preventable the only thing is that we should avoid the trigger factors that initiate migraine attack and identify the prodrome phase symptoms and take preventive medications as presecribed by doctor (refer blog for preventive medications of migraine)
This is a nice article
Thank you
Merci pour ces détails utiles.
Bonne journée.
My sister often suffers from migraines. Even recognising the triggers doesn’t prevent them unfortunately.
Trigger prevention works in initial cases and as the disease advances trigger prevention doesn’t work then you completely rely on medications and therapy

WOW—A REALLY LONG LIST OF FACTORS CAUSING OR AFFECTING…!
Yes,there are various causative factors behind migraine.Thank you
A few of my family have most of them! 🙂
Its better you consult a physician don’t take these symptoms casually as migraine has long term debilitating effects
THANK YOU!
Welcome
Hi Priyesh..Aura is seen in classic migraine and is absent in the common migraine. People often ignore the common migraine.
Criteria for migraine without aura/ common migraine are :
5 or more episodic headaches lasting 4-72 hours with:
Any 2 of the following-
Pulsatile headache
Unilateral
Moderate to severe in intensity
Aggravated by movement
Any 1 of
nausea or vomiting
phonophobia/photophobia
These are the recommentations by the International Headache Society.
Triptan based therapy ( Sumatriptan, brand name Headset) is recommended during an acute episode which is also available as an OTC medication but a medical consultation is also advised.
