Symptoms
Increased Fatigue.
Joint Pain,Swelling and Tenderness for 6 weeks or longer.
Morning Stiffness for 30 mins or longer.
More than one joint is affected.
Small joints like wrist,fingers,hands(PIP,DIP,MCP) etc are affected.
Decreased Range of motion.
Low grade Fever.
Symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis may come and go,a period of maximum disease activity is called flare. A flare can last for days or months.
Other Symptoms include
Numbness and tingling when inflammation affects nerves.
Rheumatoid nodules develops in skin.
Anemia
Classical Deformities like Swan Neck Deformity, Boutonniere Deformity, Ulnar Deviation, Hitchhiker’s thumb, Claw toe deformity.

yes absolutely arthritis is a very debilitating condition pain and stiffness increases day by day if not promptly treated it can lead to more complications

yes you are right winters are very difficult for an arthritic patient
Don’t forget dry skin, I have RA and according to the RA team, extremely dry skin is a very common symptom of RA.
According to studies 15%-30% patients of RA develops dry skin and other associated skin problems like rash etc
