Epley maneuver is also sometimes called as Canalith Repositioning Maneuver or CRP, is a series of head movements or exercises used in BPPV in order to dislodge the crystal debris (canaliths) so that they don’t settle in the sensitive parts of the inner ear.
Epley’s Maneuver is not appropriate gor people with cervical spine problems or pathologies and also in case of severe vertigo.

These are the set of different positioning exercises adopted to treat BPPV induced Vertigo.
