with this i have a serious problem . i need to do Physiotherapy at every 3-4 months
Regular physiotherapy is gold standard for every musculoskeletal problems. Physiotherapy rehabilitates injured muscles and also helps you regain your strength and range.
you’re right ! it helped me big time also after a ruptured triceps (actually the bone cracked..the muscle was intact) . regained strenght and range indeed 🙂
😊 so hows ur triceps right now
well, it is “workable”..a way of saying . the problem was that the surgery wich reatached the triceps into the bone(ruptured a small piece of bone from my elbow due to big weight training) ..i supose they did reatached the muscle but by cutting it in two peaces and fixated it on the bone by inserting two little plates of titanium(i’ve been told) . so , it is workable but never got the strenght back and, most importantly, never got the dexterity/flexibility back. the plates wich they inserted in my bone were not really in the right place i think and have no doubts about it. but,it’s the way life goes.i should of not get injured this way in the first place no ? 😉 thanks for asking
